Guide
Information, safety and mistakes
The organizers’ contact details, safety points on the map and how to tell them when an event is wrong.
Festival information
In a festival’s ⋯ menu, “Festival information” gathers the website, the public contact details (phone, email, WhatsApp) and the safety and service points, if the organizers have published them.
Safety points
First aid, police, purple point, lost children, meeting point, information, toilets and drinking water show on the map when you turn on “Safety” in Filters. Tap one to see what it is and, if it has a phone number, call.
Tip: In an emergency, call 112.
Reporting a mistake
If an event has the wrong time or place, has been cancelled or is inappropriate, tap “Report a problem” on its page, pick a reason and, if you like, tell us more.
It goes to the festival’s organizers, who review it. They do not see who sent it.
Sponsored cards
Some cards in the list or pins on the map belong to shops and groups that support the festival, marked “Sponsored”. Tap them to see their profile.
The statistics they get are cookieless counts; you can turn them off in Settings → “Statistics for sponsors”.
