This website shows public festival information. It only collects personal data if you write to us through the contact form: your name, your e-mail, your organisation (if given) and your message. We use them only to answer you, with your consent, and delete them at most 12 months later.

In the app, if you create an account we process your e-mail, your name and, only while you choose to share it and for the time you pick, your location, which only your friends can see. When that time ends the location is deleted.

Usage statistics: only if you accept them in the cookie notice (or in the app, in Settings → Analytics cookies), we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) on this website, in the app and in the councils' dashboard to learn which pages are visited and which buttons and features are used (for example moving the map's time, zooming or saving a favourite), with the language, device and browser type and the referring website. We never send your name, e-mail, account, friends, codes or location, and addresses are sent without parameters. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time («Cookie settings» at the foot of the website, the dashboard's notice or Settings in the app). Google may process the data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses; data are kept for 14 months. Without your consent nothing from Google is loaded.

Sponsors: the app counts how often each sponsored card is seen (in the list or as a pin on the map) and how often its page is opened or its links used, to give those figures to the sponsor. Only daily sums are kept, with no cookies, no IP address and no link to your account, and they are deleted after 2 years. The same choices apply: «Do Not Track», «Global Privacy Control» or Settings → Statistics for sponsors turn it off.

Payments: if you buy a plan, an extra or a credit pack, the payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland) as processor: your name, your e-mail, your billing address, your tax ID if you give it and your card details, which Festa'm never sees. Legal basis: the contract and the legal obligation to invoice; invoices are kept for as long as the law requires.

You can delete your account and all its data from the app at any time.
