Pay online by card through Stripe, from the organisers' dashboard. Plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time: they last until the end of the month paid. Invoices carry your tax ID.

Pricing questions
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT.
How do I pay?
Online, by card, through Stripe: open the organisers' dashboard, go to «My plan» and choose the plan or the credit pack. Extras are bought from the festival's page. It is switched on as soon as the payment is confirmed and the invoice is e-mailed to you, with your tax ID and billing details if you give them. Buying a city is done on a quote.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time, from «My plan» in the dashboard. The plan renews every month until you cancel it; once cancelled it stays active until the end of the month paid, and the unused part is not refunded. If you change plans, Stripe prorates the difference.
What is a free city?
A city nobody has bought. Any organiser can publish the festivals they organise there, within the limits of their plan and the extras they have bought.
What happens if someone buys the city where I have festivals?
Whoever buys the city manages everything published there. The festivals you already had there may be handed over to them or unpublished. Publishing in a free city gives no rights over it. The terms of use explain the details.
Can I publish anything?
No. Only real festivals and events open to the public. Festivals or events made up to promote a business or get visits are removed, and the account may be suspended without a refund.

Free. Browsing festivals, saving favourites and sharing your location with friends costs nothing.
