La Fira de Sarral se celebra el 8 de desembre, diada de la Immaculada Concepció, i està documentada des de l'any 1506. Inclou espectacles itinerants, degustació de productes de proximitat, mostra d'arts i oficis de la vinya i el vi, jocs gegants infantils, exposició de cotxes antics i l'esmorzar del firaire.
