La Fira d'Intercanvi de Mieres, organitzada per La Fulla, és la fira d'intercanvi més antiga de Catalunya (39 edicions). Se celebra un diumenge de novembre; aquell dia hi ha afectació de circulació a tot el municipi, de 7 a 20 h, i no es pot aparcar a la plaça Major, el carrer del Curreró, el Camí de la Font ni a l'aparcament municipal.
